Nisargadatta Gita - Message of Nisargadatta Maharaj

Why say that I do anything? Whatever is done is done by the ‘I am’ and you are beyond it.

Why at all say that ‘I have done this’ or ‘I have done that’? As you abide in the ‘I am’ without words you would soon realize that it is the ‘I am’ that is the doer. Repeatedly not identifying as being the ‘doer’ is another technique suggested for getting stabilized in the pure ‘I am’ and going beyond it. Actually that is the real state of affairs but is your conditioning that has made you believe that you are doer.
